Medical Operations Representative

As a Medical Operations Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of the Provider Partnerships Team by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the provider network/database. You will be responsible for verifying accreditation details with hospitals, clinics, and doctors within the existing provider network through calls, emails, and when needed, in-person/facility visits.

Responsibilities

As a Medical Operations Representative, your roles and responsibilities include:

• Engaging with providers (hospitals, clinics, doctors) and verifying their accreditation with Hive Health-HPPI
• Successfully contacting 80-100 specialists per day
• Convincing withdrawn specialists to accredit with Hive Health-HPPI
• Sharing Hive Health-HPPI’s updated hotlines and email addresses to accredited providers

Qualifications

• Completed a degree Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data management tools
