About the Role

As a part-time Multimedia Designer, you will help drive Hive Health’s growth through creating static and video designs that resonate with the target audience and reflect Hive Health’s mission of making healthcare radically accessible.

This role is a minimum 3 month contract, renewable depending on performance and business need.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and create visually compelling static designs, including ads, newsletters or EDM, banners, and other promotional materials for digital and print platforms
  • Design content tailored for multiple channels, such as social media, email campaigns, websites, and internal communications
  • Edit simple videos using provided footage, ensuring quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Adapt designs and videos to meet the specifications of various platforms while maintaining consistency in branding
  • Stay updated on design trends to produce fresh and innovative content that resonates with Hive Health's target audience
  • Organize and maintain a repository of creative assets for easy access and reuse by the team

Qualifications

  • Able to commit 4 hours daily of part time work that overlap with Hive Health’s business hours (9am to 6pm PST)
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, video editing, and/or art direction
  • Able to digest multiple creative briefs to effective visual designs and adapt to different formats and platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and able to reinforce guidelines and consistency
  • Proactive in giving some creative direction when necessary
