About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will focus on building, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies, and strengthening other lead generation channels. As one of the pioneering members of the marketing team, you will have a lot of impact in delivering the message that Hive Health provides an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, budget allocation, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation across search, display, social media, and other paid channels. Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, and continuously optimize to improve effectiveness.
- Co-craft overall marketing strategy, and ensure that all marketing touchpoints (organic social media, paid campaigns, events, PR, etc) are aligned with this strategy.
- Enlist the assistance and collaborate closely with agencies and freelancers as needed.
- Be on top of trends, market insights, and user journeys of decision makers that help inform marketing and business strategy.
- Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as health plans and processes in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in performance marketing, media planning, or SEO/SEM in an agency or startup; experience in a B2B or SaaS startup is a plus
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize budget
- Creative, strategic, and proactive in identifying opportunities
